How can I track the status of my order?

  • You can click on My Account at the top of Home Page.
  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail from FedEx directly with tracking information on your shipment.
  • Send your request to sales@curvesonpoint.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have received your product and decide it does not like or you do not like it, you can return the item for a refund. We will refund your payment minus the cost of shipping.

If your purchase has not yet shipped, you can Cancel, Change or Adjust your order by contacting us at sales@centralseating.com.

Where Does CurvesonPoint Ship to?

At CurvesOnPoint we ship anything within United States and Canada. You can get a shipping estimate by adding your desired product to card and submitting your ship to address.

How soon will my order ship after it is submitted online?

Your order takes 3 to 5 Business days to process (does not include week ends and Holidays), package and ship. You will receive an e-mail from us and or directly from FeDex.com with tracking update and info.

My order was placed on a weekend and or Holiday. When will my order be processed?

A.

Orders are processed 1 to 2 business days after they are submitted. After your order has been submitted we will package, ship and notify you of shipment.

It will take 3-5 business days for order processing, packaging and final shipment of your order.
